Ok, I am a day late posting my weekly update. I completed the first week of 500 crunches in 5 days, and oh my gosh am I sore. I lost some inches because my pants are fitting better, but I didn't loose any weight, instead I gained .2 lbs. Ooh, that's annoying, but after some research and checking with others, I found that a slight weight gain is normal after starting a workout. Here's hoping that my next weight check will show results.
